1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Jubilee Water Park & Resort website, making a reservation, or visiting our facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Reservations & Bookings

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A valid email address is required to complete a booking.
  • Jubilee Water Park reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations due to unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice provided.
  • Group and corporate bookings are subject to separate agreements.

3. Payments

  • Prices are listed in Guyanese Dollars (GYD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment methods accepted include MMG, credit/debit card, and pay-on-arrival (where applicable).
  • All transactions are processed securely. Jubilee Water Park does not store full payment card details.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the visit date are eligible for a full refund or credit.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the visit date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Park Rules & Conduct

  • All guests must comply with posted park rules and instructions from staff.
  • Jubilee Water Park reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behavior endangers themselves or others.
  • Outside food and beverages may be restricted in certain areas of the park.
  • Guests are responsible for the safety of minors in their care.

6. Liability

Jubilee Water Park & Resort is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Participation in water activities, sports, and adventure attractions is at the guest's own risk. Guests with medical conditions should consult a physician before participating.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and design, is the property of Jubilee Water Park & Resort and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
